 The Old Chequers Crowle Green Crowle Droitwich WR7 4AA – 01905 381275 (4 Miles): New owners have recently taken over this modernised country dining pub with summer garden.

The Boot Radford Road Flyford Flavell Droitwich WR7 4BS – 01386 462658 (5 Miles): A traditional pub with open fire and log beams serving excellent food and guest beers.

The Jinney Ring Restaurant – Hanbury, near Bromsgrove  B60 4BU –  01527 821 272 (5 miles): There is a daytime farmhouse restaurant which is transformed by night to a candlelit table service restaurant with a regularly changing menu of freshly cooked choices – including local produce and meats.

The Talbot Knightwick Worcestershire WR6 5PH – 01886 821235 (17 Miles): One of The Times “10 best Winter Warming Pubs”, this 15th century coaching inn serves excellent food, all locally sourced with details on all producers, including Mutton from Phepson Farm. They also serve a selection of seasonal ales from their own brewery and hold a farmers market.

The Fleece Inn The Cross Bretforton Eversham WR11 7JE – 01386 831173 (20 Miles): This is a traditional, old world, oak beamed pub owned by the national trust, situated in the pretty black and white village of Bretforton, serving excellent English food.
