Our lamb and mutton is grown slowly for a fuller flavour from rare breeds on wildlife rich sites across the county. We do not push the livestock but let them develop naturally. This produces the highest quality of meat with the rich, sweet flavour characteristic of the Wiltshire Horn breed.

Rare breed meats

Our meat is hung for at least a week (more for mutton) to ensure maximum tenderness and smoothness of texture. We farm in an environmentally friendly way and are part of a national wildlife-farming scheme. We show that proper stewardship of the land is compatible with quality food production.
